Yes, it does.  It explains why so many kids in our private schools are whiny, entitled, brats,  They have parents who think they shouldnt be out in the cold nd indulg them like fragile flowers.  Of course, those same parents take those same kids on expensive ski vacations where they (gasp) skiing outdoors in much colder weather.[/quote]
