He brushed his teeth a few times a day and took care of himself. It wasn't his fault. A lot of things people think of as bad hygiene aren't necessarily. acne, body odor, greasy skin or hair. Sometimes a person can practice good hygiene and still have issues. Women usually will go to a doctor or a dermatologist. But I think men are less inclined to do that.
