I don't do lap dances - they are prohibited at my club (by law, even though other clubs in the area allow them). Private dances I do, and they generate a lot more money than the dances on the main floor. No contest.

I learned how to do body and face make-up over time. I always knew how to apply makeup, but this is like getting ready for a stage show - because that's what it is. It's much heavier, like what you would see on an actor about to perform for stage/screen. We all do our own makeup, but I've learned a lot from women who've been doing this longer than I have.

It's pretty expensive to maintain. I spend at least 500 a month on wigs, shoes, outfits, etc - you always have to look "fresh" you know, and while I certainly use the same outfits repeatedly, I do mix it up. I have to buy higher quality makeup than I did when I worked in an office, and I go through it much more quickly. I maintain memberships at both a gym and a yoga studio, as maintaining my physique is a huge part of what I do. I also spend more on nutrition now than I used to (I used to eat like sh*t, seriously), as I pay very close attention to what I eat.[/quote]
