I don't. I am the poster who keeps saying we need gender neutral changing rooms or just some single stalls. If you have a penis you are not to expose it to women. If you have a vagina you are not to expose it to men. We are talking about areas where people make themselves vulnerable. They do so because they expect what is being advertised on the outside: women or men only. You can not seriously tell women to be okay with seeing penises in their changing rooms. I'm sorry that doesn't make any kind of sense. That goes for any human being. It is not ONLY about the danger of being attacked. Now for transgender people who do not expose themselves: I find it absolutely reasonable they share facilities with the gender they feel they are. There is no actual need to expose your genitals. If you demand respect from people by letting you share their facilities why don't you just give some to them and keep your genitals covered? That would be a very possible in between step until we actually have the correct facilities. And places that offer gender separated facilities need to do some human relations work - explain to people that transgender people may use these facilities but are required to keep their genitals covered or something. I am sure a workable solution for everyone is possible if only everyone would be willing to compromise.
It sounds to me like when you say "gender neutral changing rooms", what you really mean is "changing rooms that transgender people should use". The women's locker room is the women's locker room, not the ciswomen's locker room. And the men's locker room is the men's locker room, not the cismen's locker room. But if you want to institute a policy that everybody in all locker rooms must keep their genitals covered -- well, ok.
