And places that offer gender separated facilities need to do some human relations work - explain to people that transgender people may use these facilities but are required to keep their genitals covered or something. It sounds to me like when you say "gender neutral changing rooms", what you really mean is "changing rooms that transgender people should use".

The women's locker room is the women's locker room, not the ciswomen's locker room. And the men's locker room is the men's locker room, not the cismen's locker room.

But if you want to institute a policy that everybody in all locker rooms must keep their genitals covered -- well, ok.[/quote]
