Add lack of autonomy for showcases and ID selection and you have a recipe for disaster full of entitled parents and parents with animosity.  Old coach has happily left the dumpster fire and is building up new talent in a better environment with actual support.

New coach is trying his best to fix it. And apparently has his work cut out next year with the exodus from FVU. Bless his heart, he will surely be an improvement. He already is making some strides with quality of practice.
