How does the US make some attempt to make amends for this horrific mistake of killing all these school children?
How does Russia make amends for all of the unwarranted brutality it's inflicted on Ukraine since 2014? How does Iran make amends for the violence and chaos it's driven throughout the middle east since 1979? How does Israel make amends? Seems like this is the new global normal and if you're looking to Trump to be a moral standard bearer to raise the standard, you clearly haven't been paying attention.
Don't look to Russia or Iran or Israel for how the United States should behave. We should take responsibility for this atrocity.
Russia and Israel's immorality are OK. It's only the US that needs to behave. The arguments in this forum are pure crap.
That's what you took from PP? Your last sentence sums of your own post.
How so? The PP made it pretty clear they have no expectation of Russia or Israel ever being held to account. Only the US should be held to any standard. It's not me that has the communication problem here. Work on your own arguments.
Your reading comprehension is questionable at best, disingenuous at worst. PP is clearly labeling Russia, Iran, and Israel as the "bad guys" and not nations the US should model its behavior after. The US used to be respected and one of the "good guys". It's not any more. It's no better than any of the bad actors.
As someone above said, "this is the new normal." Thanks to Putin and others. Republicans embrace thugs. Those of us who didn't vote for this have nothing to do with it. If you want accountability, you need to put that pressure on Republicans, not randos on DCUM, most of whom are not Trump supporters. And meanwhile there's absolutely nothing wrong with constantly continuing to call out the wrongdoing of the other global thugs, whether the Iranian regime, the Russian regime, Israel or whoever. But clearly some posters on this thread have an agenda and want criticism of anyone other than the US shut down.
