Huh?? Were you out on the 4th of July when kids were shooting roman candles at pedestrians, cars and buildings? It was lawlessness that I've never seen before in any country I've ever traveled to. Kids had taken over the streets. I actually saw cops watching it too. And then something caught on fire and the fire department had to be called in. [/quote]

It is not dropping it is just no being reported.  Car windows smashed and its never report it because of it will only raise insurance rates (yes I confirmed this with my insurance agent).  Additionally, insurance only cover the amount that is above deductible- so its not worth it.[/quote]
