Is MVP’s position still that they “have no additional details” about this case? From the case documents being available to the public, I hope that is not their stance and they keep us updated instead of hoping that we forget about this.[/quote]

MVP is a parent volunteer run organization for summer swim. Different than swim teams like ASA, which is a club team.

That may be true, but if they knew of the police report, even if it didn't result in an arrest, they had a responsibility to keep him away from the kids in at least in such a highly interactive role as team photographer.

I doubt they knew of the police report- there was no arrest (unfortunately) in 2023. It’s not something Mahony advertised I am sure.  The wife on the other hand definitely knew and allowed him to be around children- just terrible. [/quote]

Go take a gander at the relationship discussion forum - there are a whole host of unimaginable and hard to fathom things that people somehow keep secret from their spouses.

No offense. You can’t really believe that. At the very least, the police had to interview people back in 2023. One of the people the police interviewed was most likely Thomas Mahony’s wife. Based on witness interviews, a warrant was drafted in 2023 but unsigned by the U.S. Attorney.[/quote]

PP made a claim about the wife that I have not, up to this point, seen any hard evidence or documentation for so my question to them is were they just speculating further about the wife or is there support for the claims that hasn't been posted here?  Again, not that this whole terrible thing didn't happen or at some point, she had to figure it out -- but, what the wife might have known and in particular, [b]when[/b] she knew it, has not been established as far as I know and what has been posted here.

Thomas Mahony filed a Motion to Release? I do not see it on the docket. I only see the Government’s Opposition to his Motion.
