Geezus. A sitting president, as the head of the executive branch, is not involved in the prosecution of former presidents. Separation of powers means maintaining the independence of the Department of Justice.

Come on! You don’t think SCOTUS members are on the list also? They do not have the money to run in those circles. Someone would have to give them access to private planes, private islands, etc.. I do not see that happening without some public records of it.[/quote]
Can you clarify your reply?  Not sure what you’re getting at. I didn’t say any SCJ are on the list. If Trump is exposed, SCOTUS will certainly use immunity with impunity. If the maga scotus knows Trump is on the list, they’re covering it up. [/quote]
