GT is an awesome coach. He is taking some time away from coaching to miss less of his own small children's activities. The club has already hired someone who seems wonderful and well-qualified. 
 
We have had a player on the red 2011 boys team for several years and know most of the black team families as well. Both teams have been 80% the same group for years and its a nice group of boys with no bullying or issues. Both coaches kept their rosters smaller to give ample playtime to all the kids which prevents a lot of problems. I have not heard about any departures en masse to any other team for next year which you implied. Like any team I'm sure a few roster spots will turn over but it will be almost all the same boys next year.

It really seems like you have an axe to grind. We like our low drama club with nice families so not sure why you are so angry and keep coming back making up insinuations and rumors. Its bizarre.
