Judges have the authority to challenge ICE arrests in their courtrooms when proper judicial procedures aren’t followed. That’s exactly what Dugan did. Now, she’s being charged simply for defending the basic integrity of the courtroom.[/quote]

The point is she directed the guy from her courtroom to a public hallway (a perfectly legal and appropriate thing to do), two guys watched him in the hall,  rode down the elevator with him and then suddenly he’s outside and they are chasing him?
