The facts in the administrative warrant admit that the subject could have been apprehended multiple times in places around and in the courthouse but not the courtroom. The judge did nothing wrong as iCE had omen of bites at the apple. The tell here is they cuffed her with her arms behind her back for the photo op.
Imagine thinking it’s ok to have the lawyer for a woman battered by this illegal alien left waiting (still ready to testify!) because the judge couldn’t be bothered to let him know she had secreted the criminal out the back door to let him escape.
This is going to be dropped and she’s going to make fools of the gestapo, yet again. The main point here is about how ICE was attempting to arrest him—not the existence of a prior deportation order. An administrative warrant, like the one ICE had, isn’t signed by a judge and doesn’t carry the same legal weight, especially within a courthouse. Judges have the authority to challenge ICE arrests in their courtrooms when proper judicial procedures aren’t followed. That’s exactly what Dugan did. Now, she’s being charged simply for defending the basic integrity of the courtroom.
The chief judge in the courthouse had already given the OK for ICE to make the arrest. This judge did not wait for that judge's decision, she adjourned the case and sent the illegal out a secret exit. That is not challenging the arrest, that is helping an illegal immigrant evade arrest.
+1. It seems pretty clear - and witnesses back it up - that she did, in fact, help an illegal immigrant evade arrest. I hate Trump and his administration but it seems like she’s the “activist” or “authoritarian” here who thinks she knows better and is above the law. Based on what I read, she should be reprimanded.
"As a Jewish man I must regretfully admit that the Reichsjudges dutifully crossed every t and dotted every i while adhering to the laws passed by the Reich. I think our hands are tied here fellow heebs, we should definitely just accept and appreciate our lawful extermination." It would almost be insulting that Trump supporters such as yourself thought we'd actually believe such obvious astroturfing but luckily we're not as dumb as you think we are and you're significantly dumber than you think you are so your psyops continue to be blindingly obvious.
