There are two of us now known to be in WI. I’m the one sleeping in a little tykes fireman twin bed in the basement with H and youngest kid. It is 27 here and it will be 27 forever until night when it’s in the teens. The moisture makes it feel at least 30 degrees colder. I’m living on things with a lot of preservatives and in their original packaging.

The chipmunk disappeared (probably because shop vacs are really loud and chipmunks can squeeze into tiny spaces). Hope it doesn’t die in the walls. The Cask of Northern Wisconsin.

You want more weirdness than the refrozen Turkey, never ending salad dressing, polar events, and the chipmunk? Tomorrow I only have to make one thing. My “special” potatoes.
