I work in “welfare” and there is nothing for those without any status. One needs to have some sort of immigration status, however temporary (TPS, asylum application preapproved, etc) to get benefits. 
I personally think there are too many ppl on tps and refugees and asylum seekers but let’s keep the facts straight [/quote]
