If he had've been honest at the time, it would have been fine. What she said outside the party was exactly what he did. Perhaps it slipped his mind, perhaps he used incorrect language, but either way, he wasn't honest with her and I think it's totally fair to be upset about that. She never said anything about not talking to anyone, just that he is shutting down advances when it happened. [/quote]
