What did you wear at 16, a paper bag? Wearing a cheeky style bathing suit (different from a thong) is not sexualizing yourself. It’s a bathing suit. It’s nothing more revealing than a bikini which is essentially an excuse to wear what is a bra and panties to the pool. My 16 year old can wear whatever she feels good wearing as long as it’s not vulgar. She’s confident beautiful smart and wearing short shorts or a cropped tank isn’t changing that not to mention they’re teens hanging out in the summer. This isn’t a job interview or church.
