So what if she’s more Indian than anything else (although I have no idea if her paternal grandparents are black and white; do you have any proof for that claim? Wiki says they’re Afro-Jamaican). The world perceives her by how she looks, and that is as a woman of color.  Hell, she was bussed as part of a desegregation plan at Berkeley

Just to answer your question above, since I'm pretty sure PP won't come back to do so, the argument is that Donald Harris is descendant on one side from a white slave owner who died in 1843.

If folks can't guess how an enslaved person ended up having a white man's baby in the 1820s, then I don't know what to tell them. [/quote]
