[/quote] No, they are not "Bad fathers". The family has taken an approach to ensure the kids have involved parents around for the kids---for some that means one stays home and manages the Homefront. Our approach was if one of us was going to be traveling a lot for work, then it made sense to have stability of an at home parent. The working parent is more involved with the kids than many families I know where both parents work and don't travel much for work. Just because a parent is home at 6pm doesn't mean they are actively involved[/quote]
