More people, especially the higher performing families, are getting out of DCPS completely and opting out of Walls both EOTP and WOTP. The answer is to address the underlying problem of why the majority of DCPS middle and high schools are so awful and failing the kids and providing appropriate level academics for all kids instead of dumbing down the curriculum.[/quote]
