[/quote] One round of voting takes a long time so you can probably vote and leave... or leave and make sure you're back in time to vote.[/quote] If you miss your name called the first time, they circle back. At the end of all three rounds of voting, at the end, if there were not all votes accounted for, they went back and called the names of those people who did not respond again. So if you have stepped out of the chambers to grab a snack or go to the bathroom, then you'll get a second chance to vote.[/quote]
