The earliest they could do something is the end of the year but there may be another public hearing needed in the first quarter 2023.

Although Garvey, Cristol, and Dorsey are likely not to run again, they are closing circles to make sure deFerranti gets re-elected by pushing any decisions related to Missing Middle housing until well after the election.

As predicted, this is watered down pandering to get deFerranti re-elected next week.   [/quote]
