The principal blames the faculty for bad student behavior last year, so from her perspective, she is battening down the hatches.  In reality, she is creating a prison-like environment for both teachers and students, so I imagine we will lose more good instructors at the end of the year.  [/quote]

Wow. What is wrong with the leadership in this place? They still think that teachers are kidding... I am planning to leave FCPS and the area at the end of the school year. I thought that I could stay here for a career but I do not think it is possible anymore. [/quote]
