I'm not without sympathy for those who strongly suffer from gender dysphoria and that it should be recognized, but it's a mental condition, not a bodily condition. The whole idea that someone can be the opposite of their birth gender is based on nothing but belief and has no scientific / biological basis. If anything, it has way more in common with certain levels of medieval religious thinking and superstition.
