Ahh got it - the former Governor and 3-term Senator who just held a press conference to flat out say he was willing to kill the bills, is just going to be supremely happy to vote on it tomorrow because the progressives whined about it.

Here's a shocker for you: Harris can't break a tie if Manchin, Sinema or both don't pass the bills.
