Hello tarot reader!! I’ve been offered what sounds like an amazing job with a huge pay increase, but I’ve been at my current job for 15 years and love it, but there’s no upward mobility. If I accept this new job, will I be happy? It’s so hard to leave a sure thing and I’m afraid. Thank you so much!!
Hello! When I asked about you taking this new job I pulled the King of Swords in reverse, the Ace of Cups, 9 of Wands, and HEARTACHE AND LOSS. While this new offer sounds like a true gift, I feel like you are hesitating because of the unknown and that is really something to think about. With the 9 of wands, it's about resilience and I have a gut feeling that there may be something that you are not yet seeing about this new offer. The Heartache and Loss oracle card makes me feel like you may end up regretting this in the long run. When I asked about you staying where you are I pulled the Moon, The Hanged Man, Death, 6 of Wands and the Queen of Swords. The Queen is suggesting to me that you will be making a decision sooner rather than later on this matter. However, the cards for this question are very positive and you may want to look at your current job from a different perspective. I feel like there may be something that you are not seeing and if you do look at it from a different perspective, it could transform how you feel about it currently and it could end up making you feel like this was the right choice in the end. As I was pulling the cards, a thought came to my head. While this new job sounds amazing and you will make more money, is there a chance you would be having to give something else up for that? Would a big pay increase mean you have to work more hours, therefore you have to give up more of your own leisure time? Is more money worth losing time that allows you to persue your other interests? If moving upward in a company is a goal of yours, that is a major thing to think about as well. Sometimes where we currently are is where we are meant to be and it's something else that has to change. Just some things to ponder if you have not already done so. Good luck to you!
Thank you so much, Tarot reader!! I’m actually a personal assistant (former nanny) and it’s time to leave my current family. The kids are all in high school now, and while my boss would probably keep me until they go to college, I want to feel productive. My job is so easy and this offer just landed in my lap. My role changed from nanny to just assisting the parents, but there’s not much to do! I get paid really well for not doing a lot. There isn’t ‘upward mobility’ because the kids are older now and don’t need me. Heartache and loss really spoke to me, as whenever I think about leaving the kids and my bosses, it makes me cry. A lot. I feel like I’m betraying them, after they’ve been so good to me. Soon my boss will be the one to tell me it’s time to move on, so I feel like maybe I should go now, because this offer won’t be around long. I’m still so confused. I appreciate your help so much, thank you!!
