Also, I agree that whether or not a commenter’s child qualified for FARM is irrelevant to whether their comments have validity on the issues being discussed here. Their teachers (mostly) did a phenomenal job. There were one or two phoning it in but the rest were rock stars as far as my husband and I are concerned.[/quote]

I said many, not all but I am your child had a good experience.  My child did not and fell behind further in math because the instruction was so bad (not necessarily the teacher’s fault but rather she did not seem to have resources to adjust to the virtual environment).   Apart from the social emotional stress caused by the poor virtual learning program, I will be interested to see if there is a noticeable downward trend in SOL scores.[/quote]
