Look at how well the Virginia GOP does at avoiding the nasty stigma of extremism. They go out of their way to nominate "centrist" anti-Trump candidates, and still they are labeled pro-Trump radical extremists. 😂😂😂😂😂

Youngkin was endorsed by Trump.  He admitted that Biden won the presidential election only after his nomination.  Refusing to admit reality in order to get the nomination isn't centrist.  It's the opposite.[/quote]
