They are all super skilled and can use either foot without thinking. They start training at u9 on individual ball skills and techniques. By the time they are u11/u12 they have master the foundations(juggling to a 1,000, great first touch, 12 fundamental ball control skills, etc)and have are least 15 “named moves” they can preform at speed under pressure with either foot. Most at this point can bend the ball in either direction with either foot. With great foundations these girls are now ready to showcase their vision and soccer IQ on the larger field and move on to college or the pros.
