Unfortunately, during the review process by Head Start DCPS was found to be negligent and refused to give them further consideration. The only reason that DCPS relinquished the funds is so that they may possibly reapply for Head Start in the future. If DCPS would have waited, the grant would have been terminated by Head Start and they wouldn’t be able to reapply in the future.[/quote]
