Louisiana should have cancelled  Mardi gras

I doubt it will be effective, practical, or even Consitutional to prohibit people from crossing state lines.  Are you going to block every little road between New York and Pennsylvania?  And what about the doctors who live in New Jersey but work in New York?[/quote]
