A lot of the NYPD hates Deblasio, so they just want something to complain about (handcuffed, cant do job, etc). Trust me, it is absolutely legal (terry v ohio) and acceptable to pat someone down if you have reasonable suspicion. And if you want aggressive pat downs, you too can and will be pat down.[/quote]
