I would love it if the National Park Police and the Metropolitan police utilized aggressive stop and frisk for suspicious persons at zoo events and in the environs of the zoo. It would make things a lot better for the law abiding majority. In NYC, Mayor DiBlasio is being roundly criticized for handcuffing the police, including ending stop and frisk, thus allowing a feral gang of young predators to murder a Barnard student by campus.
If you scared stay your ass indoors or move to Fauquier County and DEFINITELY don't go wandering into the park at night in New York looking to score some weed - that idiotic behavior may make you vulnerable to a feral gang of young predators.
Blaming the victim?! Shame on you, bro.
What's good for the yin is good for the yang. If it's perfectly okay for dozens of DCUM folks to blame the two juvenile victims who were shot a block south of the National Zoo entrance shortly after ZooLights closed early and say it's all their fault they got shot because they're presumably a couple of thug Metro fare jumpers who shouldn't have been in the neighborhood to begin with, well then it's perfectly okay for the head of an NYPD union to say that the college student "was in the park to buy marijuana" and basically insinuate it's her fault she got stabbed cause she shouldn't have been there to begin with. Yin and yang.
