It's very likely that the people who are interested in defending Omar at the expense of the wife are Democrats. Which makes it interesting that Democrats are willing to doubt and disparage a woman who is claiming she has been done wrong by a cheating man. What factors go into deciding which women are to be believed? Is it because Omar is valuable and worthy of protection, while the wife clearly is not? Does it pay to be a member of a protected class in these situations? Why does Omar "trump" the wife for people who claim all women are to be believed?

It is possible to question the motives of the detractors of both women. How many of Omar's detractors are motivated by politics? Wouldn't a true supporter of women be equally supportive of her? I realize that there are posters like you who want to turn every thread into an attack on "liberals", but maybe take a break once in a while? If you are such a believer that women never lie, there are over 20 women making accusations against Trump. Do you support them as much as you support Dr. Mynett?
