It appeared to be consensual with ONE person. Not the two who showed up and women and girls (or anyone) should have the right to revoke consent at any point. If the other person continues, it is rape. She was a minor. It was rape. But of course MoCo let him off[/quote]

Clearly she had which is why she reported it. Maybe she should have texted it mid-assault so that men working in the prosecutors office would actually believe her afterwards when they were reading the text messages. Sickening.[/quote]
