We know that the Mueller report stated he did not conspire with Russia.

And, this report that the FBI found 90% of the dossier either false, unverifiable, or found doing simple google searches goes to the credibility of its author.  
This wasn't his opinion, my friend.  It was information passed to him.

The report didn't say it didn't happen, it said they couldn't prove it because of all of the obstruction of justice, lying, fifth amendment and flat out refusal to testify, as well as destruction of evidence.
