Going forward being kid 15 at FCV or ANY DA/ECNL club means you are now kid 100-120 in NoVA. This is the simple product of dilution. So if your kid is a rising U13/14 and you’re kid is not a top 5 player or at least a starter on the team then you should be thinking about a future change where you can become a starter.
