Not sure why there is all of the hoping for failure on this site. Why, so we all have to travel to Texas to have our kids play against a decent team? There are plenty of kids in this area. Enough to go around if the coaches keep an open mind and know where to look. We can have 8 or 9 DA/ECNL teams all be good and that would be the best for everyone.

The answer is simple, they know the issues with other top clubs and are threatened.  It’s not easy to convince parents to stay when your practices are moving to Springfield next year or your coaches are abusive to the kids or there are 30+ kids on an ECNL roster, etc...   God forbid that some of these kids who shouldn’t have to take a 35 year old man’s verbal abuse, sit in a car for 1.5 hours one way for practices, or ride the pine all season have another option that will help to develop and showcase their talent for college coaches over the next few years.
