Not sure why you feel he should be locked up for a long time. He wasn't paying bribes.  In any event, he plead guilty a few days ago.

A person who gave a rat's arse about kids would not have done this.  He did this to pad his own damned pockets and he was very much a part of this whole scheme.  In the meantime, he robbed the  rightful candidates of their spots.  No sympathy for him.[/quote]
