[/quote] The county is not 50% FARMs. Last year, 27% of high school students received FARMs. Overall, it's 34%. Nor is Churchill "a little light on black and Hispanics". 21% of the high school population is black, 29% is Hispanic - compared to 9% black and 8% black at Churchill. Also, minorities aren't fungible. [/quote]
