They needed all the permits, traffic studies, dDOT approvals, plus historic preservation, plus Commission of Fine Arts signing off on every little thing. And to even swing for 2 years across the street from the Intelsat building at UDC there was red tape with traffic studies, lots of meetings, ANC processes, etc. Weird that these folks just plopped in there without a peep.[/quote]
