So DC needs developers to build a building like that and there are major roadblocks to how those units are assigned, for how much, etc.

AOC wouldn’t be eligible for an affordable unit anyway.  But she doesn’t have a long list of options with regard to trying to move into a building with a bunch of low income regular joes.  That’s not how it works.  [/quote]
