You're right.  This is a wealthy state and Montgomery County is significantly wealthier than the rest of the state.  I think you are correct that we need to distribute the wealth more evenly.  So maybe there should be an extra Montgomery County tax to support the dreamer's college fund.  After all, that's the most fair wait to redistribute the wealth, right?  They have the most, so should miss the extra money the least.[/quote]
