I don't actually want to kill myself, but I do really want to be able to refuse medical care and have something in place before I end up with dementia or something and am not considered to be able to make such decisions. I don't want to blow hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars on medical bills to extend my life another six months. Any advice on avoiding this?[/quote]
