I don't believe in litigating elections and, yes, elections have consequences. By the same token, major pieces of legislation have consequences - whether it is this legislation or the passage of ACA. Remember the Democrats were creamed in 2010 in large measure because of the passage of ACA. Republicans will have to pay the piper if Americans decide to vote against them because of this legislation. Isn't that how a democracy works?[/quote]
