Agree. Landon is actually building depth again by getting younger players time. I have yet to understand why HS coaches in this area shorten the bench so quickly, at least at the higher level private schools. The high level talent is recruited in to about 6-8 schools and then the coach doesn't develop them at all. It happens everywhere. I get they need to win (which Landon did), but getting a third line two runs a game doesn't cost you the game; or at least shouldn't, if the HS coach can actually coach at all.

It's no wonder kids search for coaching/development from clubs, consultants, individual development around here...HS coaches stuggle to with talent develop, plain and simple.[/quote]
