Just as an example and not saying this has happened in this case and honestly haven't ever heard of it happening, but what if a church group were to hire their local LE to go check on things somewhere that's not in US if members of their church were in situation or in an incident involving them? This is not only about VA taxpayers. A question for any LE in US. Do they insert themselves into situations when it happens outside US? Not asking about FBI but a local county sheriff office.[/quote]
