Sounds pretty shady to me. Wondering what made them want to leave going into their junior year.. when the only recruiting that matters will be this summer through their travel team. And questioning their thought process about not informing coaches and teammates before making it public.
No dog in the fight, but the college coaches are going to possibly ask the high school coaches about why they left. This could actually impact them on recruiting. Because I know the college coach for my daughter reached out to the high school coach just for something like a character reference They may have just shout themselves in the foot
Maybe for how they left it if they didn't have this conversation with the coaching staff at BF. But if the dads are as bad as everyone keeps claiming on here they may be the hindrance for the girls more than the transfer. The college coaches will not tolerate that garbage and will for sure pass over a player with a headache parent. The club my DDs was on had one of them a clear D1 talent but she ended up at a D3 school and not by choice it was because coaches knew the reputation of the dad and saw it at tournaments and wanted no part of that.
BF goalie Dad is no trouble at all. A really nice guy actually.
