People make this argument a lot, but winning can be a measure of development.  A team consistently winning 7-0 as an example is usually indicative of one team having better development.  I have never seen a club with great development lose a lot of games consistently.  Maybe at the really young ages but not after age 10/11.  At that point losses are def attributed to a lack of development or poor coaching.    [/quote]
