I was involved in boundary discussion for Bayard Rustin opening at that time. Kids moved from Beall to Rustin. I have been in this area since 2010 and have friends in all near by areas. Viers Mill, WJ, RM etc are not that far enough from each other to not know about them if you have lived in same area for a long time. Having said that what differenc does it make who is from where. Let's focus on message and and not messenger. You can present your ideas which can be very different and you can sign it as "Not a RM parent" :) Joke aside, having more ideas are always better.
