Example: the number of diapers might determine how long they intended to hike, or if they had dirty diapers that would show how long they had been out. There were reports that the baby carrier was next to the dad, and some people didn't know if that meant the baby was just lying on the ground in a cloth-style carrier or sitting up in a framed backpack. It might also indicate if they were going on a longer vs. shorter hike. IMO these questions are more logical than looking at Ellen's reported social history and jumping to conclusions about her state of mind. [/quote]
